Ladies,
Please join us on Tuesday, April 29th at 7:00PM in the Uth House. A self defense expert will be teaching us what to do in certain situations and how to defend ourselves.
All ages welcome - feel free to bring your teenage daughters! Please wear everyday clothes excluding skirts and dresses.
A love offering will be accepted for the instructor and XFC Training. Please contact me with any questions.
